The App is an internal business tool used exclusively by Steed Innovations employees and authorized team members to manage advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients.

The App accesses Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising data through the Meta Marketing API, including:

• Ad account performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
• Campaign, ad set, and ad configuration details
• Ad creative content (images, videos, copy)
• Business Page and Instagram account information

2. How We Use Information

All data accessed through the App is used solely for:

• Monitoring and analyzing advertising performance for our clients
• Creating and managing ad campaigns on behalf of our clients
• Generating reports and actionable recommendations
• Internal business operations and client service delivery

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure, privately hosted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized Steed Innovations team members. We do not sell, rent, or share advertising data with third parties. All API credentials and access tokens are stored securely and never exposed publicly.

4. Data Retention

We retain advertising performance data for as long as needed to provide services to our clients. Data may be deleted upon client request or termination of the business relationship.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Meta's Marketing API to access and manage advertising data. Use of Meta's platform is subject to Meta's own Terms of Service and Data Policy.

6. Who Has Access

The App is not available to the general public. Access is limited to Steed Innovations employees and authorized personnel who manage client advertising accounts.
